Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CopilotVerse and its products (including Social Verse), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
CopilotVerse provides tools to create content and publish it to social platforms you connect, schedule a content series, manage replies, and view analytics on your own posts. Features and supported platforms may change over time.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Connected social accounts
When you connect a third-party platform (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Discord), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of each platform through our service is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content and posting activity comply with each platform’s rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or spam content; to violate any platform’s automation or rate rules; to impersonate others; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, generating platform-specific drafts and publishing approved posts to your connected accounts.
AI-generated drafts
The service may use AI to help generate or adapt drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any platform’s policies.
Fees
Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that third-party APIs will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopilotVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, our right to act on your connected accounts ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
