At CopilotVerse.IO, we stand behind our service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with our AI agent platform, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

For annual subscriptions or mid-cycle cancellations, we calculate prorated refunds based on:
Example: If you cancel a ₹9,999 annual plan after 3 months, you would be eligible for a ₹7,499 refund (9 months remaining).
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our service, we may offer extended refund periods or service credits on a case-by-case basis.
Extended service outages may qualify for service credits or partial refunds. We'll proactively communicate about significant issues and compensations.
Unauthorized charges or billing errors will be investigated and resolved promptly. Contact our billing team immediately if you notice discrepancies.
