The amount is returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Timing depends on your bank, but typically 5–7 business days.

What's covered

Eligibility

Any payment made within the last 30 days is eligible for a full refund — no partial refunds, no deductions. The clock starts from the date of payment, not from when we sent the WhatsApp message.

After 30 days

We don't offer refunds past the 30-day window. However, you can cancel at any time by replying CANCEL — your site will be taken offline within 24 hours and no further charges will occur.

What happens to your site

After a refund is processed, your website is taken offline within 24 hours. All associated data is deleted from our servers within 7 days. You're welcome to come back anytime.

Trial users

If you replied YES to activate a free trial but haven't paid yet, there's nothing to refund. Your trial site will remain live for the duration of the trial period and expire automatically — no action needed.
